Submitters were asked to create a list of anywhere between 5 to 20 albums. For each album that appeared in a submission's list, it was given one vote. The ranking order of the album list does not matter, except for the first. The number one album in a submission's list would count for double votes.

The final top 25 albums are simply sorted by most votes to least, or which albums appeared in the most lists across every submission. Each award is individually voted irrespective of list placement.

The average album list length across 140 submissions was ~14 albums. (14.03 raw)
